The First Step

Today I began to work on my goal in Team sports. I needed to run miles to make up points for the days that I have been absent. I was only going to run three miles but when I realized that there was still time left in the hour, I thought about my 20 time goal and pushed myself to run another mile. This is only less than a third of my goal to run a half marathon however,I believe I made progress and am excited to continue to push myself further!

The Start

I decided for my 20-time that I want to run a half marathon with out having to stop. I have always wanted to do this but never seemed to have the time or drive to do so. Now that 20-time was assigned in class and I got to choose something I wanted to accomplish and am given time to do so I figured it is time to work achieve this goal. (:
